Prior to founding Kuhn Firm P.C., Kevin Kuhn chaired the Insurance Law Practice of an international law firm with offices in Chicago, New York, Washington, D.C. and London, where he represented companies in complex insurance coverage litigation, counseled insurers, reinsurers and policyholders in the negotiation and drafting of insurance policies and reinsurance agreements and represented parties before state insurance commissioners and courts in regulatory and insolvency proceedings. John Kuhn was an insurance company senior executive before becoming an attorney. As an attorney, John has represented insurers and policyholders in insurance coverage litigation and appeals for almost thirty years. In addition, John has served as insurance defense counsel in cases involving allegations of professional malpractice, products liability and construction liability. John is often called upon to serve as an expert witness on insurance coverage, claims handling and bad faith issues.
