John Kuhn was an insurance company senior executive before becoming an attorney.  As an attorney, John has represented insurers and policyholders in insurance coverage litigation and appeals for almost thirty years.  In addition, John has served as insurance defense counsel in cases involving allegations of professional malpractice, products liability and construction liability. John is often called upon  to serve as an expert witness on insurance coverage, claims handling and bad faith issues.
