Kevin J. Kuhn is the President and Managing Attorney of Kuhn Firm P.C. Kevin is a litigator and transactional attorney. On the litigation side, Kevin's more than twenty-year practice has focused on litigation and appeals in cases involving complex insurance coverage disputes, construction and product defects, commercial disputes, personal injury liability and employment law (including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination) in state and federal courts across the country. On the transactional side, Kevin is often retained to provide counseling to companies and boards of directors on important risk management and insurance issues, prepare commercial contracts and other legal documents and provide representation on important business law issues. Prior to founding Kuhn Firm P.C., Kevin was a Shareholder and Practice Area Chair with Vedder Price P.C. in Chicago, where he practiced for fifteen years.  Kevin is included on the 2012 and 2013 Lists of Illinois Super Lawyers.
